RECIPE: New Year Smoothie

A favourite recipe for summer time!

Ingredients
  • 1 cup spinach leaves, washed
  • 1 cup kale, stalk removed
  • 1 frozen sliced banana
  • 1 medium pear or green apple, chopped
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 - 1 tsp greens powder
  • 5 mint leaves
  • Additional water as needed

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Add water as needed.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Poor into a glass and enjoy!
