Ingredients
1/3 cup buckwheat groats, soaked in filtered water for 30 minutes or over night
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup filtered water, or as needed for desired consistency
1/2 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
1/2 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
1/2 cup cucumber, fresh or frozen
1/2 inch piece ginger
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 tbsp hemp seeds (or flax, or chia seeds)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Method
Drain buckwheat and rinse well.
